BOOT CAMP (am or pm)
Our Transformation Boot Camps (either
am or pm) are designed to help you look and feel healthy
from the inside out. Through our experience as a Personal Trainer we notice that a
lot of people are looking for more then just flat abs (yes, those are always
nice to have also!). Our goal is to show you that there is something more and
that it starts from within you. You deserve this time for yourself no matter how
busy your life is. Take back your “Me-Time” and get serious about being healthy
and happy.
Here is what you can expect when you sign up…
Individual meeting for your fitness assessment. At this meeting
we will take before pictures, measurements and body fat.
We will meet as a group 3 times a week for Resistance Training and
Cardiovascular Exercise such as Running (short distances), Push-ups, Sprints,
Lunges, Jumping Jacks, Jump rope, Mat work, Stability Ball/Medicine Ball
training, Stretching and whatever else it takes to distract you from the fact
that you're getting a great workout! Every day will be a completely different
workout - never predictable - never, ever boring always fun!
At the end of the Transformation Program you will notice…
• 3-5% reduction in body fat
